Deonca Renee

With over 20 years of experience as an educator in teaching mathematics and school and system leadership, Deonca Renee has developed the skill of problem solving with the ability to analyze program effectiveness and integrate human capital in moving bodies of work to the next level. As a Senior Director on the AP for All team, Deonca works with her teammates to ensure that students across New York City public schools have access to a plethora of advanced placement courses and that school leaders are able to dive into the conversations needed to employ equitable programs across schools.
