Bedford St. Martin will host online Professional Development to support AP Teachers in the use of AP texts in several subject areas. Sessions will include support for the following Advanced Placement texts:
- AP World History: Ways of the World : This session will focus on how to use the text’s supplemental material within your course. Goals will be learning to craft a lesson from the materials as well as how to adapt and tailor it. There will also be an emphasis on bringing in material beyond the textbook and a chance to address common pitfalls. Trainer: AndaLee Seat
- AP US History: Fabric of Nation: This session will focus on how to use the text’s supplemental material within your course. Goals will be learning to craft a lesson from the materials as well as how to adapt and tailor it. There will also be an emphasis on bringing in material beyond the textbook and a chance to address common pitfalls. Trainer: Rhonda Webb
- AP Psychology: Myers’ Psychology: This session will focus on how to use the text’s supplemental material within your course. Goals will be learning to craft a lesson from the materials as well as how to adapt and tailor it.
