During this PD, HSEF staff will be examining ways traditional grading practices inequitably and inaccurately assess student learning. Teachers will be analyzing Chapters 9 and 10 of Joe Feldman’s Grading for Equity. Additionally, colleagues will be reflecting on our own strengths and areas for improvement, with an eye on creating schoo-lwide/department-wide protocols that ensure equitable grading.
